WT Partnership established an associate office in Jakarta in 1973, and reinforced this presence in 1992 with expatriates.  In 1996, in order to further establish our presence and to provide the quality and professional service for which WT Partnership is known worldwide, a PMA  company was established.

PT Wolferstan Trower Indonesia, trading as WT Partnership is an approved PMA foreign investment company in accordance with Indonesian Government policy.

The Indonesian practice has staff strength in excess of 35 that also includes building engineering services, dispute resolution and legal expertise to provide comprehensive international standard Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Consultancy advice to all Clients.

From the  Jakarta office, the practice has serviced projects across more than a dozen provinces including provinces on the islands of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, as well as Irian Jaya (West Papua) and Bali and Lombok.

Depending on project requirements, site based Quantity Surveyors may be permanently stationed on site for projects outside of the Jakarta / West Java region.

Our technical staff are typically dedicated to the project as part of the consultant team to assist the Client and Project Manager with comprehensive quantity surveying and cost management services that fully protect the Client’s interests, establish value for money and enhance quality in the design and subsequent construction.

With our local and international knowledge, WT Partnership is able to provide the appropriate service to assist Client’s to achieve their primary objectives to complete the project to the required standard, cost and quality within the stated time parameters.
