WT Partnership’s UK Practice has been providing construction consultancy services since 1951. The head office, located in South London (Croydon) services each of the regional offices within the UK as well as throughout Europe. The Croydon office assists and services all offices in all corporate matters, quality assurance, environmental management, Investors in People as well as general staff resourcing support at project level.
The offices in the UK and Ireland are located in Cambridge, Glasgow, Guernsey, Leeds, London, Manchester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Swansea, Weymouth and Winchester.
Historically the UK practice has focused primarily on providing quantity surveying services. However, recent years have seen a diversification into other key areas such as project management; risk and value management; health and safety consultancy and facilities management consultancy as well as more specific specialist services such as expert witness, technical due diligence, life cycle costing, fire insurance reinstatement valuations etc.
Projects in the UK include the £1 billion redevelopment of the Royal Albert Dock, Greenwich Millennium Village; the O2 Arena with 22,000 seating capacity; the visually striking residential development in Central London, Neo Bankside; Watermark Place, a presitigous waterside office development; town centre retail developments, as well as numerous offices, hotels, industrial, education and healthcare projects.
