Located within the Ebbsfleet Valley, the disused Eastern Quarry square mile development will include circa 6,250 new homes in a series of three urban villages with ancillary social, community, retail and leisure facilities.

Defining and characterising the development will be a range of formal and informal open spaces including lakes, parks, woodland, sports pitches and ecological areas linked by pathways and cycle tracks.

Each area will be connected with the wider Kent Thameside area, including the town centres, Ebbsfleet International and Bluewater, by the Fastrack system of public transport.

WT Partnership are providing cost planning services for the Castle Hill Village development, which comprises around 2,500 homes.
