Adam supported the establishment our P3/PPP Advisory Services business across Australia, and is currently developing our Global P3/PPP Advisory capability based in Los Angeles, CA.

Adam has significant experience leading project advisory services on public buildings, many of which were delivered under the Public Private Partnership model. Adam’s skills include traditional Quantity Surveying Services as well as Lenders Technical Advisor, Financier Certifier, Facilities Management and Risk Management Facilitation roles.

Adam applies industry experience, risk management and extensive analytical skills to distil the pertinent issues around project feasibility, procurement and delivery to provide valued advice to both private sector and public sector clients

His project experience includes provision of Lender’s Technical Advisory (LTA) Services across an asset portfolio in excess of US$9.3 billion, including:

  • US$2.95 billion of Educational Assets
  • US$3.75 billion of Healthcare Assets
  • US $3.13 billion of Judicial Assets
  • A total of >5,380,000 sqft of P3 Assets

Adam is a former Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS South Australia) and regularly contributes to industry press through various Thought Leadership articles with www.Sourceable.net.
